How we collect and process public market data

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. How We Collect Data

Víndica automatically and periodically collects public, freely accessible information from fashion brands' and stores' websites — such as prices, size and stock availability, product catalog, categories, promotions, and content changes over time. This information is processed and organized to reconstruct these stores' commercial history and generate market indicators (pricing signals, stock-out patterns, launch cadence, and others).

2. No Affiliation with Monitored Brands

We have no commercial, corporate, contractual, or partnership relationship with the brands and stores whose public data we monitor, nor do we receive endorsement or express authorization from these companies to use their brand. Mentions of brands on this platform are for informational and market analysis purposes only.

3. Accuracy and Limitations of the Data

Data is presented "as-is". Because it depends on content published by third parties, it may show time lag, occasional unavailability, inaccuracies, or discontinuity if the original source changes its structure or removes content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time updating of the data presented.

4. Responsible Use of Insights

The indicators and analytics provided by the Service are decision-support tools and do not replace due diligence, independent market research, or professional advice. The user is solely responsible for any decision made based on this information.

5. Requests from Monitored Brands

Brands or stores whose public data is processed by the Service may contact us to clarify questions about our collection methodology or to report inconsistencies. We review each request individually and, where applicable, make the necessary corrections.
