Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy complements our Terms of Service and sets out the conduct prohibited when using Víndica, to ensure a safe and fair service for all users.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Collect data from our platform through scraping, reverse engineering, bots, or unauthorized automation;
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make publicly available the data, analytics, or indicators obtained through the Service, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization;
• Use the Service's data or insights for illegal or defamatory purposes, or to deliberately harm the monitored brands and stores;
• Overload, disrupt, or compromise the Service's infrastructure (e.g., denial-of-service attacks, excessive API requests);
• Share access credentials with people outside your contracted member (seat) limits;
• Attempt to access other users' areas, data, or accounts without authorization;
• Use the Service to develop or train a competing product or service.

Violation of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account, without refund, in addition to any applicable legal action.
